She Is Coming Back to Life

is a 6 month Spirit-led mentorship for Christian women who are ready to move from surviving to thriving through biblical discipleship, authentic community, and practical application of God's Word. 

Using the Exodus to Esther Framework, we'll walk together from bondage to purpose and into the abundant life Jesus promised in John 10:10.

Meet Your Mentor

Hi, I'm Sade Young.

"I know what it feels like to survive. I also know what it feels like to come back to life in Christ. Now, my calling is to help other women experience that same transformation."

I'm so honored that you're here.

Before you decide whether this mentorship is right for you, I'd love to share a little of my story and why God placed She Is Coming Back to Life on my heart.

If you would have met me just a few years ago, you would have met a wife, a mother, and a woman carrying a lot of pain.

I had experienced rejection, abandonment, insecurity, low self-esteem, and a lack of confidence. For years, I struggled to understand who I was and why I was here. I knew how to survive, but I didn't know how to truly live.

Depression became a familiar place for me. Throughout different seasons of my life, I battled suicidal thoughts, and in 2023, I reached a point where I was ready to take my own life.

When I look back now, I realize I was living on one side of John 10:10—the side where the enemy comes only to steal, kill, and destroy. He wanted to steal my identity, destroy my hope, and convince me that my life had no purpose.

But everything changed when I encountered Jesus Christ.

Not religion.

Relationship.

As I began walking with Him—reading His Word, praying, fasting, and allowing Him to heal the broken places in my heart—He began transforming me from the inside out. He showed me who I am, whose I am, and why He created me.

Today, I can honestly say that I live on the other side of John 10:10.

Not because my life is perfect, but because Jesus gave me life.

He restored what was broken.

He healed what I thought would never heal.

He gave me purpose where there was once confusion, confidence where there was insecurity, and hope where there was despair.

I believe many women are where I once was.

They're faithful wives, loving mothers, daughters, and friends. They spend their days pouring into everyone else. They love God. Yet deep inside, they feel stuck. They're surviving instead of living the abundant life Jesus promised.

Over the past several years, God has graciously allowed me to walk alongside women from many different backgrounds. I've had the privilege of encouraging them, praying with them, teaching them, and watching the Holy Spirit bring healing, clarity, confidence, freedom, and transformation in their lives.

As I continued serving these women, I began to realize something.

There are so many more.

So many women are searching for hope.

Longing for healing.

Wondering who they really are.

Trying to discover God's purpose for their lives.

And praying that someone will simply walk beside them.

That's why God placed this mentorship on my heart.

She Is Coming Back to Life is an extension of what God has already been doing over the years. It is a place where more women can receive biblical discipleship, encouragement, accountability, practical teaching, and Spirit-led mentoring within a Christ-centered community.

Everything I teach comes from what the Holy Spirit has faithfully walked me through.

I don't teach from theory.

I teach from a life that has been transformed by the grace of God.

He taught me how to be honest before Him.

He taught me how to renew my mind through His Word.

He taught me how to heal from past wounds.

He taught me how to discover my identity in Christ.

He taught me how to walk in confidence, purpose, humility, and obedience.

My greatest desire isn't simply to teach information.

It's to see women transformed.

To watch them move from bondage to freedom.

From insecurity to confidence.

From fear to faith.

From merely existing...

To truly living the abundant life Jesus came to give.

One of the greatest privileges of this journey has been seeing the fruit of God's work in the lives of other women. The encouragement, healing, freedom, and transformation He has brought in their lives continually reminds me that He is still changing lives today.
